Class 1 Building Product Information Sheet - Stonebloc

Stonebloc is a modular precast retaining wall system. The system consists of 12 configurations of wetcase concrete blocks of varying sizes and weights. The difference blocks are arranged according to specific engineering designs to deliver a structurally sound wall. 

The following block types make up the system;

4SB800STD - 800 Standard block - 800mm x 400mm x 400mm - 300kg - main building block for wall.

4SB800FT - 800 Flat Top block - 800mm x 400mm x 400mm - 300kg - main building block for top row of wall.

4SB800BASE - 800 Base block - 800mm x 800mm x 400mm - 600kg - core building block for wall typically over 1m high. 

4SB1200BASE - 1200 Base block - 800mm x 1200mm x 400mm - 900kg - core building block for wall typically over 1.6m high. 

4SB400STD - 400 Standard block - 400mm x 400mm x 400mm - 150kg - starting and finishing running bond pattern. 

4SB400FT - 400 Flat Top block - 400mm x 400mm x 400mm - 150kg - starting and finishing running bond pattern on top layer of wall. 

4SB200CAP - 200 Capping block - 800mm x 400mm x 200mm - 150kg - finishing layer for top of wall.

4SB400WEDGE -  400 Wedge Block - 333mm x 400mm x 400mm - 134kg - enabling 22 degree curves in walls. 

4SB900DSTRSTD - Stonebloc Precast Stair - 890mm x 305mm x 860mm - 518kg - precast stair.

NZS3104 and NZS3121 - Envirocon only sources concrete from manufacturers which belong to the Concrete NZ Plant Audit Scheme and in compliance with the above clauses.

Envirocon's precast elements are designed in dimensions to help design retaining structures complying with B1/VM4 and Earthquake Geotechnical Engineering Practice Module 6.

When used in structural applications Stonebloc should be installed in accordance with structural engineering designs issued by a registered engineer and covered by a PS1.
