Envirocon's 'Concrete Choices' offers three concrete mix options for our blocks:
- Ultra Low Carbon: Our standard choice, with an EPD-certified ~97% reduction in embodied carbon compared to standard concrete mixes. Our rigorous quality control system ensures sustainability from batching to block.
- Low Carbon: Preferred by engineers, this option incorporates 30% fly ash replacement in a 30mpa 19mm aggregate mix, resulting in a ~30% reduction in embodied carbon compared to standard mixes.
- Standard Mix: Ideal for customers with specific manufacturing timelines and technical requirements, this mix features a standard 30mpa 19mm aggregate mix with no carbon reduction.
Please be aware that our low carbon and standard mix options may come with additional costs, reflecting their value in enhancing sustainability.
