What is Envirocon's warranty policy?

Envirocon provides a warranty on premium blocks, the warranty is limited to the replacement of the blocks.

Envirocon blocks carry a limited warranty. We will replace, at our cost, blocks which do not meet our quality control specifications. The warranty only applies to blocks sold at full price and designated ‘Premium’. Envirocon is only liable for the replacement of the block, and is not liable for any other costs. The warranty excludes basic and seconds blocks.

Envirocon is a building materials supplier. The installation of the blocks, and the subsequent structural integrity and aesthetics of the structure is the sole responsibility of the person or entity undertaking the installation. Any Envirocon accreditation is solely to demonstrate the contractor had undertaken training in the product and system, and is not an endorsement of the contractor. Under no circumstances can Envirocon be held responsible for the acts or omission of the installer.

Where the customer requires or holds itself out as acquiring the products or services for business purposes is defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and that acquisition might be subject to that Act, the customer agrees that the Consumer Guarantees Act will not apply to its acquisition of the products or services.

Envirocon provides a full product warranty for the following product classes – ‘Premium’ or ‘Engineered’ grade products. Envirocon will replace, free of charge, any product which suffers a manufacturing defect. The warranty excludes transportation costs to the site or installation costs. The warranty is not transferable for cash. Please refer to our Quality Control Guidelines for more information.

Where the products have a third party warranty, Envirocon will (to the extent permitted by the third party) allow the customer to benefit from that warranty, but will not itself be liable under that warranty.

Where Envirocon is contracted to provide installation services, in addition to any statutory warranty, Envirocon warrants all workmanship in the completion of services, and installation of products, for a period of two years following the date upon which such services were, or installation was, carried out.
